The reader is a subscriber, and you usually know their address. Scrub the list, send a calm email that names the home, and let one real tap confirm it before you hand them to our page with the address filled in.
Who just clicked, and what happens next
A subscriber, reading on their own time
They signed up somewhere and chose to open your email. They can read it on a phone or a desktop, so your confirm page has to work well on both.
- State of mindSorting the inbox. Willing to read a line or two if it is about them.
- What they knowYour brand and the home your email named. Nothing about SellHouseFast yet.
- IntentMedium. They clicked, so the home caught their eye.
- Your first jobShow the right home and get one honest tap.
The funnel, step by step
The same steps as text, with one rule up front: no list is sent until it has been scrubbed. Pick a step to see its screen.
Screen 1 of 4: an email from Your brand with a house picture and an Is this your home? button.
Scrub, then send the email Your email
Run every list through the suppression tool in the Creative Center before every send. Use approved copy from the email pack. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and your physical postal address, and its link carries a token, never the address itself.
One screen: "Confirm your home" Your page
The same page as for text: a picture of the house, the address, "Is this your home?" and one big button. The tap on that button is the real human action. "Not my home" goes to a short exit page. Nothing counts until the tap.
Hand-off Your page
The tap sends the reader to your tracking link with
street, city, stateandzipadded. Our page finishes the job SellHouseFast
Our page collects name, phone and email under our consent text, verifies the phone with a text code, and sends the lead on.
What works, and how sure we are
Email has less evidence behind it than Meta or text. Treat most of this as a starting point, and measure.
| Tactic | How sure | What we know |
|---|---|---|
| Scrub every list before sending | Required | A rule, not a tactic. The Creative Center requires a suppression scrub for every email campaign. |
| Pre-fill the known address and show a house picture | From our experience | Our team's view: seeing their own home, already filled in, makes the next step easier. Not measured. |
| Your list and sending reputation decide the result | Proven in our data small sample | On the same offer, one sender converted far better than another. Expect your results to differ from anyone else's. |
| A home-value email flow | Untested too few clicks | We tried one. It had far too few clicks to tell either way. |
| Count the confirm tap, not the raw click | Untested | On text, many clicks come from machines that scan links. We have not measured this for email, but the confirm tap protects you either way. |
The token link and the hand-off link
Your email links to your page with a token
Use a token, not personal details, in links. Emails get forwarded, and links end up in browser history, server logs and analytics. Give each subscriber's link its own random token; most email platforms can insert a per-subscriber value with a merge tag. Your server looks the token up and finds the address. Make it random, single-use where you can, at least 16 characters, and let it expire after a few days. Never build it from the data itself.

After the confirm tap, your page hands off to ours
Your tracking link, with the address your server returned. The kit builds it for you.
Tokens and the link preview work the same way as for text: see the text guide on known addresses and the preview image.
Tracking for email
- sub1
- The source. Use
email. - sub2
- Your own click ID. Tie it to the accepted confirm tap, not the raw click.
- sub3
- The creative or the drop (one send of one email to one list), so you can see which email and which send earn.
Events the kit fires: prelander_view, address_confirmed and handoff. The sold-lead event comes back to you from our postback. The full list is on the tracking page.
