From application to a small first test
Eight steps. Most of them are yours, a few are ours. The two that save the most trouble are the test link in step 6 and the page review in step 7, so please do not skip them.
Questions at any step? Reply to your onboarding contact, or use the "Have us build it for you" button at the top to reach us.
The eight steps
Each step is tagged with who does it; steps on our side are shaded. Pick a step to see it in the phone.
Screen 1 of 8: the partner application: your company, the traffic you run and your website.
Apply and get approved You
Ask your onboarding contact for the application and complete it. You can run traffic only after you are approved.
Get your tracking link SellHouseFast
We give you your own tracking link. It has a fixed shape, with your affiliate code, an offer code and three sub IDs. Read how it works on the tracking page.
Read your traffic guide You
Pick the guide for the traffic you will run. Start with the Meta guide, which every other guide follows. Each tactic in it carries a label saying how sure we are.
Download a kit You
Take a ready-made pre-lander from the downloads page. Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so you can host it anywhere. Change the wording to be your own.
Wire your back end from the blueprint You
Your server keeps the address key private and builds the hand-off link. The back-end blueprint shows what to build. Our coverage site lists the counties and ZIPs where we sell most reliably, so aim at the more densely covered areas.
Send us one test link, and check two things You
Build one hand-off link with a made-up address and send it to us. Open it and check that the address arrives pre-filled on our page, and that your click ID returns to you. Do this before any spend. One link is enough.
Ask us to review your page before you spend SellHouseFast
Send us what is listed in the next section. We read your page and tell you what to fix. See what we check.
Launch small You
Start with a small test in the A counties, and judge it on the sold-lead signal. The scaling playbook has the order to follow from there.
What to send us for a review
Send all five in one message, so we can answer in one go. Tick them off as you get them ready.
What to send us
- The page URL. A live link we can open, not a file.
- The traffic type. For example Meta, text message, email, path, search or native.
- Your tracking link shape. The link your page builds, with the sub IDs filled in as examples and a made-up address. Never a real person's details.
- Screenshots at phone width. Each screen of the flow, from the ad or message through to the hand-off.
- Your terms and privacy URLs. Links to your own real policies.
What we check
We read your page the way a regulator or a platform reviewer would. In short:
- Your page is honest about who the visitor is dealing with, and does not make claims you cannot back.
- Your terms and privacy links go to real policies of your own.
- Only the property address is collected. Your traffic aims at the counties and ZIPs our coverage site lists, where we sell most reliably; we take traffic from all fifty states.
- No made-up property details and no pressure wording.
- The hand-off link carries the four address fields and your sub IDs. Links to your own pages use a token, not personal details. Contact fields are accepted but strongly discouraged.
What to expect from us
Plain terms. We would rather say less than promise something we cannot back.
What we will do
- Give you a tracking link and one clear standard for the sub IDs.
- Show you, on the coverage site, the counties where we sell most reliably.
- Review your page when you ask, and tell you plainly what to change.
- Send back the sold-lead signal, so you can judge your traffic on it.
- Label every tactic as Proven in our data, From our experience, or Untested.
What we will not do
- Promise earnings, volume or results.
- Promise a review time. We will reply as soon as we can.
- Present an idea as a fact. If we have not measured it, we say so.
- Ask you to collect a name, phone number or email. Our page does that, under our own consent text.
This site is guidance, not your agreement. Your signed terms decide anything on payment. Nothing here is legal advice.
